Philosophy of Worship
What is your philosophy of worship?

Worship is for God. / Worship is something that was created for God and God alone.
Worship is Biblical. / God has established how we are to worship in scripture.
Worship is Natural. / Worship should be the most natural thing that we ever do since it is reason why we exist.
Worship is Inviting. / We should worship in a way that invites others in to also worship.
Worship is Conversational. / Worship is an authentic conversation between God and his people.
Worship is Emotional. / As we reflect on all that God has done for us, we should let our emotions be natural.

Ideal Relationship with Lead Pastor
How would you describe the ideal relationship between senior/lead pastor and worship leader?

A healthy relationship between the senior pastor and worship pastor is essential. They are the two frontline soldiers presenting the gospel to the church week after week. It is a necessity that they have intentional communication and strive to work together to lead the church forward. For example: these two people should be on the same page when it comes to what is taking place in the services and beyond.
