Big Picture for Worship Ministry

We need to be fresher than we are today. I’d like us into to move to a more modern
style while maintaining our depth in hymns, readings, catechisms, etc. I want our
congregation to have a greater level of engagement in worship. We’d love to see the
new worship director have more influence in worship for both students and kids
ministry. I would like our worship leader to become an influencer across our entire
organization. I want my relationship with them to grow and have great chemistry
together. – Pastor Rob
