Philosophy of Worship
What is your philosophy of worship?

Worship is our response to God for who He is and what He’s done. Worship is a lifestyle, not just music. However, in a time of musical worship, we have the awesome opportunity to praise our King with our whole being, and with a local body in corporate worship. Worship is all about God. Worship starts and ends with God. We may praise Him for His bringing us through a trial, or other things He has done for us, but ultimately, worship is a ministry to God.

Ideal Relationship with Lead Pastor
How would you describe the ideal relationship between senior/lead pastor and worship leader?

I think the pastor and worship leader need to be extremely close. They need to be on the same page with mission and vision, and hopefully do life together. Weekly planning meetings where the worship leader and pastor create and dream together are a must! Ideally the pastor and worship leader become friends on and off the stage.
