All Church is a non-denominational church located on the northside of Cincinnati, OH in the suburb of Blue Ash. The church is led by Lead Pastor Andy Ziegenfuss, who founded All Church in 2016. All Church offers two identical modern worship styled services at 9:00a & 11:00a on Sunday mornings. The church has experienced extreme growth since launching 8 years ago. In April 2024 they opened the doors to their brand new permanent building, and has since been averaging between 1,300 - 1,400 each Sunday. 

The church’s mission is 1 Corinthians 9:22-23 where Paul writes that we have become “all things to all people so that by all means we might save some and we do it all for the sake of the gospel.” This is what drives them to reach their city and beyond for Jesus. 

The church is seeking the right candidate to take over as the new Worship Pastor to oversee their worship ministry. The right candidate will have a deep personal life in Christ and the character and capacity that align with the church’s overall mission and vision. Below are the qualifications and responsibilities Froot Group and the church have identified for this role:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain communication with the Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor.
• Plan and prepare the music, creative elements, and transitions for weekend services and events.
• Manage the volunteer schedule for all musicians and vocalists.
• Plan and participate in rehearsals and team events.
• Contribute to building a worship culture at All Church both within the band and within the church. (e.g.: lead the worship not just the music)
• Work alongside the Production Director to help create environments that helps the church corporately worship together.
• Lead in developing relational opportunities for musicians and vocalists to collaborate and grow together.
• Recruit new musicians and vocalists and help them develop the necessary skills to succeed on the All Church worship crew.
• Meet with musicians and vocalists to mentor them spiritually.
• Set annual goals for the worship ministry at All Church with strategies to meet those goals.
• Attend regular staff meetings and department meetings.

COMPETENCIES:

• Excellent in leading vocally and with either guitar or piano.
• Relationally engaging with others.
• Able to create, build, and sustain a strong volunteer culture.
• Experience using Planning Center Online, ProPresenter, and other related softwares.
• Knowledge of Ableton Live, Mainstage, Logic, and basic understanding of tracks.
• General understanding of all instruments and how they work together in a worship setting.
• Expressive and passionate worshiper.
• High level of organization with a “get-it-done” work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high emotional IQ.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Meet the biblical qualifications of a servant leader as outlined in I Timothy 3:1-13.
• Commitment to a daily devotional time that includes prayer and God’s Word.
• A heart to honor God above all and to lead people into deeper worship and knowledge of Him.
• A disciple of Jesus Christ who personifies a growing relationship with the Lord and demonstrates love and passion for serving Him.
• A clear calling to worship ministry.
• A creative-minded person that has a desire to think outside of the box. 
• Education
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
• Experience
  • Preferred candidates will have 2 - 3 years of relative experience leading worship.
