Philosophy of Worship
What is your philosophy of worship?

My philosophy in worship is that from the beginning we were designed in His image to worship Him and Him only. Ever since the fall of man, God has shown his mercy and grace repeatedly and sent His only son to die on the cross for our sins. He endured one of the most horrific deaths in history, yet God did it because He loves us. This is why I worship. I know I would be nothing without him. I do not believe it matters what type of worship music is being played as long as it is played for God. Even though I love what I do as a musician and want everything to sound great, if God’s glory was magnified in the slightest, I am happy.

Ideal Relationship with Lead Pastor
How would you describe the ideal relationship between senior/lead pastor and worship leader?

My ideal relationship between the lead pastor and worship leader would be simply to know what sermons are speaking about to align the worship with the message. I would like a relationship in which we can pray for each other and the church and talk about our vision in the church. I like to keep my door open and I hope the pastor is the same with me.
