Faith Church is a welcoming and growing community in Sellersville, PA, with independent baptist roots. Led by Pastor Doug Gardner since 2008, Faith Church creates a space where people from all walks of life can encounter the transforming love of Jesus and grow in authentic discipleship. The church offers one Sunday morning service at 10:00 AM with a modern worship style and currently welcomes around 300 in weekly attendance.

The church is seeking the right candidate to take over as the new Worship Arts Director to oversee their entire worship and production ministry. The right candidate will have a deep personal life in Christ and the character and capacity that align with the church’s overall mission and vision. Below are the qualifications and responsibilities Froot Group and the church have identified for this role:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide visionary leadership and oversight of all worship and media components of Sunday gatherings and special services.
- Cultivate and maintain a healthy team culture by recruiting, training, discipling, and developing instrumentalists, vocalists, and production volunteers.
- Coordinate with the Lead Pastor to creatively plan and execute weekly services, ensuring seamless transitions and intentional service flow.
- Lead regular rehearsals and ensure that all assets [chord charts, click tracks (Playback), ProPresenter files] are prepared in advance.
- Lead worship for the weekly Sunday morning service.
- Oversee the media ministry including sound, lighting, livestream, and presentation software to create a distraction-free worship environment.
- Develop and implement a consistent and engaging social media strategy that promotes church ministries and supports digital outreach.
- Support communication efforts through the creation of graphics, weekly emails, announcement slides, and promotional materials.
- Assist in video production for sermon series, special events, Black and White Theology Podcast, and digital storytelling.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and upgrades within the worship and media ministry.
- Partner with staff and leadership to support creative elements that enhance the church’s mission and message.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A vibrant and growing relationship with Jesus Christ, rooted in a love for the church and its mission.
- Clear calling and passion for worship and media ministry.
- Strong vocal and instrumental leadership, with the ability to lead from guitar or piano.
- A track record of effective team leadership and volunteer development.
- Demonstrated skills in creative planning, project management, and service execution.
- High proficiency with Planning Center, ProPresenter, and modern worship technology.
- Experience with social media, video editing, and church communications.
- Excellent relational and communication skills, able to thrive in a collaborative staff culture.
- Education
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though not required.
- Experience
- At least 3 years of full time worship leading experience previously at a church of similar size and style is ideal.
