We are looking for a search coach with recruiting experience, to attract, screen, and contract suitable churches who have openings for worship leaders. The search coach will help churches identify opportunities and provide advice and direction on how to best approach hiring a worship leader. He or she will also help churches develop strategies for improving performance in the areas of worship.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build church database by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing church information, opportunities.
  • Attract churches, with the approval of Froot Group management, by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using social media platforms and job sites.
  • Study church’s plans and objectives by meeting with lead pastor, executive pastor or search team to discuss needs.
  • Determine worship leader requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Determine worship leader qualifications by working alongside the staffing manager to ensure the best placement for contracted churches by analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Works with staffing manager to arrange interviews by coordinating schedules of churches and worship leaders; confirms travel, lodging, and meals, accompanying applicant to interviews and arranging church tours.
  • Assists with worship leader relocation by determining new requirements, negotiating salary, confirming temporary/permanent  housing, providing community introductions.
  • Improves church attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices, emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships during the selection process.
  • Promote Froot Group and church’s reputation.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

This position is commission based and does not require relocating. Can work from home with minimal travel requirements.
