Philosophy of Worship
What is your philosophy of worship?

I believe worship is simply ascribing worth to God. When we worship corporately we do this but also we encourage each other as believers. I think the expressive and passionate worship of God is a necessary ingredient in the life of someone who goes out into the world and makes disciples.

Ideal Relationship with Lead Pastor
How would you describe the ideal relationship between senior/lead pastor and worship leader?

Partnership with a high level of trust. Im highly relational so I always prefer to work with people I enjoy outside of the office. I think this helps me anticipate what my pastor might want or need without him having to always communicate it. I think trust also leads to the ability to have tough conversations, either about execution or ministry methodology. The ability to push back, make a decision, and walk out and go to lunch and laugh is the kind of relationship I thrive in
