By providing thoughtful, honest answers, it helps avoid the potential awkwardness of sitting in an interview with a church that's ultimately not a great fit for either of you.

Ready to build a profile? Here are the steps we go through together:

We need to know a little about your church to start. Once we receive your church information, one of our Search Coaches will be in touch with you to schedule a call. We would like to get a clearer picture of your church and what you’re needing in your new hire. We will also go over our Froot Group staffing process and provide you with information about our fee structure.
Process.
If you decide to proceed, we’ll collect a few more details to get to know your church a little better and schedule a time to come visit so we can better understand your church’s culture, vision, staff and your community. What better way to see that than by spending time with you!
Portfolio.
After the visit, we’ll complete your profile and start exploring candidates that may be best suited for the position and ultimately, your church. Candidates are pulled from two main sources: Our current pool of candidates and through our extensive marketing and vetting process to identify high quality leaders who are called to full time ministry.
Pair.
We want to make sure that you receive candidate profiles from those who are the best fit for your church. We will assist in any way during your interviewing process with our recommended candidates, all the way until you identify your top candidate to fill your open position.
